CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
1. All cancellation requests for both tour packages and on line shop products must be made in writing and shall be effective on the date of actual receipt by Kingsman Adventure Safaris Limited. Customers requesting a refund are required to email us on; firstname.lastname@example.org and can also mail/fax their formal letters with an explanation to;

2. The following cancellation charges apply to the basic program rate:
a) 60 days or more prior to arrival 10% charge
b) 59 – 32 days prior to arrival 25% charge
c) 31 – 8 days prior to arrival 50% charge
d) 7 – 3 days prior to arrival 75% charge
e) 48 hours or less prior to arrival 100% charge
3. Kingsman Adventure Safaris reserves the right to deduct all expenses incurred from money paid.
4. Gorilla permits and air tickets are 100% non-refundable.
5. No refunds will be made for any unused services, late arrival or no-show of any of the members of the tour.
6. All cancellations for online shop products paid for and not yet shipped/taken by the customers are subject for a refund immediately the customer initiates a request less 5% of the total amount that usually caters for card payment gateway charges/bank charges.
7. No refunds shall be made for online shop products once shipped or physically taken by the customer especially if the right order product was shipped or taken.
